The Miraculous THAI cave rescue
In 2018, the world was captivated by the miraculous rescue of a group of Thai children from a flooded cave. This piece looks back at the incredible team behind the rescue. An analytical graphic style provided a visual approach that could be applied across footage, name supers, maps and imagery.
THE WORLD WHERE GUNS ARE PRINTED
Due to strict gun laws in the UK, some individuals have turned to 3D printers to build their own firearms. A cinema 4D model allowed me to produce a series of graphics to analyse how such guns could be constructed. To avoid potential lawsuits, some information was withheld.
the US Decides
As Donald Trump and Kamala Harris battled it out to become the next US President, Sky News looked into the key factors shaping voters' decisions, in this case 'Project 2025'. A consistent style across all election coverage ensured each piece was easily recognisable as part of a cohesive set. The graphics helped to explain different factors, whilst also keeping the audience engaged.
RACE TO THE MOON
The moon has continued to fascinate ever since the first landing in 1969. Although the space race to land on the moon has long finished, the race to find water on it has only just begun.
This story, like most in news, had a quick turnaround. Despite the short turn around, the cross-platform offerings being produced for this topic still required a distinct look.
